Who is responsible

Confidentiality of enquiries

Every briefing request and message is treated in strict confidence. Project details, parties and commercial information you share are used only to assess and respond to your enquiry and are not disclosed to third parties without your consent. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any substantive discussion — just ask.

What is collected

• Briefing form: your name, organisation, email, optional phone number, the advisory scope you select and your message.
• Direct contact: whatever you choose to send by email, Telegram or LinkedIn.
• Technical data: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate country, device type) collected by the website platform to understand how the site is used.

Why it is used

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for and follow up on a conversation you have requested, and to keep a record of professional correspondence. Your details are never sold, rented or used for mass mailing.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted on Tilda Publishing, which processes form submissions and visit statistics on its servers. Form submissions are delivered to my business email. These providers act only on instruction and under their own security commitments.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Correspondence related to an engagement is kept for as long as required for that engagement and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to see the personal data held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent to further contact. Write to samir@ismayilov.expert; requests are answered within 30 days. This notice is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors from Europe, the GDPR in mind.

Cookies

The site uses only the technical cookies the platform needs to work and to count visits. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
